At PAKpearls, customers may cancel their order any time before it has been shipped. Once a package has been dispatched, all sales become final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, if an item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. To qualify, please record an unboxing video and report the issue to PAKpearls immediately.
